The Governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha has commiserated with the traditional ruler of Ngor in Ngor Okpala Local Government Area Eze Fredy Nwachukwu over the death of his mother Ezinne Gladys Nwachukwu.
Governor Okorocha who was represented on the occasion by the Secretary to the government of Imo State Sir George Eche urged the bereaved family not to cry like people who have no faith in God but to see the demise of their mother at the ripe age of ninety as a transition to glory.
He further noted that late Ezinne Gladys Nwachukwu lived a life worthy of emulation.
He appealed to the people of the community to support the state government in its efforts to develop the state, which he described as one big family.
In his response, the Chief mourner, Eze Fredy Nwachukwu thanked the Governor for the condolence visit and pledged the support of his community to the state government.
